Spencer Lane-Jones Ltd will be holding an Open Day at the Workshop in Warminster on Saturday 22nd September between 11am and 3.00pm. As well as a mouth-watering selection of thoroughbred and classic cars in attendance, the Workshop will be open for inspection. Staff will be on hand to illustrate restoration work in progress and to discuss projects. Complimentary refreshments will be available throughout the day.
We will be joined by SLJ Hackett Ltd with some of their sales cars.
All owners of pre and post war thoroughbred motors cars are welcome to attend.

Bristol cars at Castle Combe Autumn Classic - 6 Oct 2018
The popular annual Castle Combe Classic race meeting and historic festival held near Chippenham in Wiltshire will comprise a series of races and demonstrations for a variety of classic cars from vintage through to the 1970s. The principal demonstration this year will be provided by original Ford GT40 cars celebrating the model’s Le Mans victory in 1968. Several Bristol-engined cars will be racing.
All Bristol, Bristol-engined, Frazer Nash, AC and Historic BMW cars are invited to attend this Classic event. Once again the Bristol Owners’ Heritage Trust (BOHT) is organising a special parking area. Bristol specialist Spencer Lane-Jones Ltd is kindly providing light refreshments for owners and their guests throughout the day from the car park. Owners may wish to bring picnics although food and drink is available at the Circuit. Racing starts from 1245 hrs with race qualifying from 0830hrs. Many other car clubs will be displaying and there are a host of things to do and see in addition to the racing.
To purchase online tickets, go onto the Castle Combe Autumn Classic website http://www.autumnclassic.co.uk and on the payment page enter the BOHT code ACBOHT18 to receive the early bird discount (£5.00 per ticket and free parking). If not online, ring the Circuit (01249 782417, press option 1) and ask for tickets to the event, remembering to declare the discount code. Your tickets and car park pass (for BOHT parking) will be sent to you by the Circuit. The deadline for discounted bookings is Friday 7th September. Tickets purchased after this date will be at the normal rates of £20 per adult and £15 per senior admission.
The BOHT will have a reserved area for their Club Stand. Parking will be on grass. We very much hope you can join the BOHT and friends for this great event.
